Principal and Founder
A seasoned storyteller and passionate entrepreneur, Ashley MacIntyre is the Principal Owner of MacIntyre Communications, a boutique public relations agency located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Having worked alongside some of North America’s most promising talents in fashion, music, and multimedia, Ashley has carved a name for herself in the industry as an expert marketer, event planner, and accomplished public relations professional. Through MacIntyre Communications, Ashley and her team strive to tell unique stories of value each and every day.
Ashley’s strategic philosophy lies in pairing her dedicated team with like-minded clients who value determination, original thinking, and a standard of excellence that sets a new precedent in the industry.
Prior to leading MacIntyre Communications, Ashley made her mark in the industry by working alongside nightlife luminary Peter Gatien to manage and promote CiRCA, one of Toronto's most trendy and high traffic nightclubs. In this light, Ashley’s network of influencers is unparalleled, and her ability to trendset ahead of the industry curve makes her a dynamic Jill-of-all-trades in public relations, and beyond.
Senior Account Director
A cultured PR maven with a penchant for trendsetting, Sarah Fukumoto is the Senior Account Director for MacIntyre Communications, a boutique public relations agency located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Having joined team MacIntyre in 2012, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge in public relations, event planning, fashion, and what works in the digital space.
Prior to her role at MacIntyre Communications, Sarah worked in the buying department at Toronto’s high fashion TNT boutique. Upon showing her aptitude for strategic planning, Sarah moved into TNT’s marketing communications realm where she spearheaded the company’s strategic social media plan and overall marketing vision.
At MacIntyre Communications, Sarah assumes the role of liaison between clientele and key media contacts. Her fun-loving attitude and ability to build lasting media connections make Sarah one of the industry’s most in-demand public relations professionals.
A graduate from Humber’s esteemed Business Program, Sarah offers a unique, well-rounded perspective on how to elevate branded messaging from dull to bold. In her spare time, Sarah loves to experience the world’s one-of-a-kind cultures through travel, fashion, and design.
